Who said it?

Yep,it was schumer. I was flipping channels yesterday at dialisys and came across one of the news channels that had 2 guests on. One was a repub mouth ,the other was a dem. They were arguing that 'if itwere somebody like sarah palin had said that' it would be all over the news,but since it was just a not so well known guy, he got a pass on it. And he apperantly did get a pass,as i've never heard anything else about it. and I thought for sure one of the local political guys would've known on here. This remark is mad eevn better as he is on the judiciary committee.
