Who's On Top Of The Online Poker WorldNow?

I don't trust DOJ, but I have at most $10 between 3 sites, so I'm not missing anything.

Remember: When it can be utterly screwed up, count on the government to do one hell of a bang up job. They will do everything in their power to ensure things get resolved in due time.
After UIGEA was passed, and the government went after netteller and some sites, the governments of Antigua and somewhere else sued the US in the World Trade Court or something like that and won a $21 million dollar award. It is my belief that it has been paid, as the other countries applied the "judgement" to payments for intellectual property rights or something similar I don't understand.

I don't recall all the particulars, nor am I positive about the country, court, or award, other than the amount and that the US lost. But the "gist" is pretty close, or similar to what I've written above.

Online Poker itself is not illegal in many states. It is the transfer of funds that is currently unlawful.

Yet, once again, the DOJ has restricted foreign licensed businesses from conducting their business by blocking or seizing their domain names. Again, the DOJ is violating fair trade treaties, etc in doing so.
