Wicked Spoon Buffet

I'm not a buffet guy at all. So let's start with that background.

But my first experience at Wild Spoon was very positive. It included bone marrow, a nice rarity on a buffet. Plus I liked the individualized portions rather than eating from a trough. But my second experience was rather disappointing. Not sure if it was downgraded from my first trip? Any way, my list of buffets in Las Vegas that have any appeal are the BLT Steak Sterling Brunch at Bally's and Jasmine Brunch at Bellagio. Both only available on Sundays.

I will say that breakfast buffets make some sense. By the time you pay for coffee, juice, fresh fruit and can have an omelet made to order it makes sense from a value standpoint at least.

I thought the Bellagio Jasmine Brunch is no more. Too bad for me if so. It was one of those things I never got "a round tuit" ha.

You're right! I wasn't aware.

Really I'm not sure how Jasmine Brunch and BLT Sterling Brunch, in particular, make a profit even at $90 per head.
