Will the lights go out in Appalachia this time?

Boiler would not endorse any policy that would cause Ben and his family to be rousted by police. Ben doesn't look like a hood thug.

I want it to be legal for cops to use logic, and Forkie doesn't want to allow for this.

But you would favor an amendment to the United States Consitution making it legal for the police to roust Ben and his family based on race, wouldn't you?

They have lights in Appalachia?

As resources are short they gives us'n up heh' in the Hills a choice: either community-generated EE-lectricity or community sewage piping and such. So teacher and DonDiego enjoy their lights, all year long and their outdoor "facility" for most of the year . . . even though it is a bother walking' through the snow to take' a dump come, say, February.

Appalachia builds character.

You said you would favor a Constitutional amendment allowing police to target people based on race. Not a surprising stance coming from a white supremacist.

If I cop is going to use logic, he's going to use lots of clues to decide the risk of an individual. A well dressed, short haired, well spoken 50 year old black men isn't showing the normal gang banger look. Ben doesn't get a second look. "Dreds", pants half way down the ass, gold teeth, crotch grabbing and ebonics speaking black man should be a second look.

But should the "black" part be factored in? That's what you said you favor favor, right?

And characters.
They should use any information that aids in the correct projection of one's risk.

So if a cop believes that being black makes someone more likely to be a criminal, they should be able to focus on them for being black. Stop dancing - that is what you believe, right?

Maybe it is because 1 in 3 black males can be expected to be incarcerated in their lifetimes, higher than any other ethnic group.
