Headed out tomorrow. Does anyone know what casinos currently offer the Win Cards promotion, along with the cost and the amount of non-negotiable chips you receive at each property?
I believe that 4 Queens only offers this promotion one time, whereas I recall getting the non-negotiable chips at Circus Circus every trip to Vegas.
Do you just ask for the promotion at the cashier cage, or do you have to go to the players club to get a voucher? Sorry, it's been a while.
