Win/Loss Statements from Casino

Would someone please give me a clear and concise explanation of how the casino tabulates the win/loss statements that are available. When you are using freeplay credits are those also included or is it only your own cash that is used. According to my statement from 1 casino, I have spent my entire gross income there and I know that's not possible. Thanks for any help!

No rhyme or reason with table games......For me they say I "won" every chip I bought at a table.

did u get some really gross rewards for spending your entire gross income? ;-) the statements can be really inaccurate on table game play.
