A Win-Win Casino Strategy, . . .

. . . unless one gets caught:

"LAKE CHARLES — The U.S. attorney's office here says a DeQuincy man has been sentenced to a year and a day in prison for making $100 counterfeit bills at a casino hotel. U.S. District Judge Patricia Minaldi sentenced 22-year-old Deldrick Fowler on one count of counterfeiting obligations to the United States, authorities said

According to evidence presented at the April 30 guilty plea, the Secret Service used surveillance equipment to observe Fowler producing the fake money Aug 12, 2014, in a hotel room at the Isle of Capri Casino in Lake Charles. Agents seized two counterfeit $100 bills, 16 uncut sheets of $100 bills and 10 uncut sheets of $100 bills printed on only one side."
