Wines at Le Central in Paris

I visited Le Central in Paris hotel and had a glass of the most amazing Pinot Noir. I cannot remember what it was called but really want to know. They had two different Pinot Noirs and I believe the high end one was the one I liked. Can someone help please?

Why don't you call them and ask? Pinot Noir is my favorite red. While I still love Cabs, you almost feel like you had a meal after drinking one.
I've had that wine. It's not bad with hints of asparagus mixed with a feminine bouquet of elderberries that lingers to a long peaty climax.
"Climax" you say ???

That sounds exactly like the Boones Farm I had last night.
Boones farm has no legs.

Meaning it tastes like decaying vegetable matter?

Cut up some stinky cheese to pair and you have hit a culinary lottery.
