Wonder what happened to Marc and Misti

I told them to "just move already", I was tired of the drama.
As I remember they started a thread asking about moving.....fine. This site lives on questions and answers.
So Marc starts another which is the one everybody remembers and it was apparent they were moving.
Cut the crap and move M&M.
Please label me as somewhat a dillweed, thanks. I've been called worse, oh much worse.

LOL...they couldn't be living in the repo house next to me.

The other day, when I was coming back from work, I saw the constable vehicle out in front, and the squatters that were living in that house were told that they had just a half hour to get all their shit out of the house, while they chaged the locks.

It was a black couple and they had 2 kids and 2 small dogs. The dogs were going ape shit over all the comotion and the lady didn't know what to do with them, while they tried to grab all they could from inside the house.

I let them borrow my porta-kennel, so they could set the dogs in there while they finished clearing out.

It helped them a TON!! (see, I am a nice guy!)

The owner of the place made a deal with them to allow them to come back and get the rest of their stuff the following week.

The following week they rented a uhaul, finished loading up the rest of their stuff, and returned my port-a-kennel to us.

Now if we can only get rid of the other 3 sets of squatters that live to the right side, and directly behind us.

The ones behind are the ones that got caught stealing electricity a few months back.

I'm sure Mark is a good bartender and waiter and would make a good slot tech but I can't help laugh to myself every time I read that.

If anyone thinks you can walk into Vegas and be handed a bar tending job or even a cocktail waitress job, especially in this economy, needs their head examined.

Guess everybody likes to pile on others misfortunes..kinda like looking at a car wreck.

Heck if I had no kids, a supporting significant other, and a family to fall back on...I'd be in Vegas in heartbeat. (probably broke and in home in 6 months also)

I'm sorry for both of them it didn't work out, but at least they tried to follow a dream, which is more than most can say after a lifetime of wishing.

They were young and at least they had a job lined up before they left for Vegas. More power to them.

I'd like to know the details of how it went, but its really not my business anyhow.

Lets put this one to bed and move on. It's a big city and there are thousands of these stories out there.

I have a lot more respect for M&M than I do pretty much anyone that has posted in this thread. Celebrating someone's misery because it proved you right is classless.

/Not a frequent reader, but if I recall weren't M&M somewhat popular and regarded as nice? Why all the hate just because they didn't listen to some jerk who parks cars?
