Have you paid attention to the high roller rooms and the high rollers themselves? There are a lot of people (young included) in Vegas that have more money than most of us could imagine. Vegas has always been a playground for the rich.
I think maybe a group of middle income will go for bottle service table and charge it. I doubt they do it more than once.
I do think those who pay the outrageous prices for VIP areas in clubs have the money to do so.
