worlds worst airport terminals - all three nyc airports made the list

not a surprise to me. at all.

I saw that. Flew out of Newark Term B once. It sucks. But Newark Term C is really nice.
I disagree strongly on Midway airport in Chicago. I prefer to fly from Midway whenever possible. In fact, I make frequent trips to North Carolina for business and drive an extra 45 minutes to Fly Midway -> Greenville / Spartanburg rather than Ohare -> Charlotte.

I seem to NEVER had a late arrival when Midway is involved and seem to always have late arrivals when Ohare is involved. In fact, on one rainy day this past June, I flew to Philadelphia out of Midway and my collegue flew to Philadelphia out of Ohare with our planes scheduled to leave at about the same time. I arrived by 4:00PM and he did not arrive until Midnight.

I would avoid Ohare any time I have the choice.
ive been to both ohare and midway several times each. i can never remember which one is which.

whichever one is closest to arlington heights - i had like a 12 hour delay to vegas one time. it was one of those nickel and dime delays too, where instead of saying "your flight is delayed 12 hours" it was delayed like ten or twenty minutes at a time for twelve agonizing hours. i dont blame the airport for that, obviously it was a plane problem.

other than that, ive never had any problem in chicago.

as far as the nyc airports go, i love laguardia. its the easiest for me to get to. i once got home from there in two hours! i wish i were kidding, but thats seriously a great time. ive never made it home in under three from jfk or newark.

Not surprised about some of the NYC joints. (the new) Mrs. Blade works for Delta and agrees about the sad reviews especially of JFK #3
that freaking delta at jfk - so much HATE for it. they are doing something over there right now and to get there from the airtrain is such a freaking pain. the entrance is nowhere near the airtrain at all. at one point you are walking in the street with traffic, with your luggage.

you flew out of O'Hare. big difference between the 2. Midway is smack dab in the city and so much easier to navigate.
Yeah, Midway is a strip mall with a runway behind it. O'Hare is a huge airport.
whenever i fly to/from chicago, i just pick whichever airport is cheapest.
Agree. I live in NC, and will never connect through Charlotte from RDU again. As for US Air hubs, Philly is just as bad as Newark and LaGuardia. I agree on your opinion on Midway. Never any delays, and easy connections if you have to fly through there.
