Worst drivers in Vegas

I hate people that drive in the left lane continuously. In New Jersey the law is keep right...pass left. If you're in that left lane and are not passing, you get a ticket. In California, you can pass any which way you want and not get a ticket. But it still pisses me off when a person sits in that left hand lane and isn't passing anyone.
I was in N Las Vegas (trying to find the Aliante again a couple of weeks ago and saw this guy in an older car make a turn and his two tires left the pavement and soared 4-6 feet off the ground. A closer double take after I caught my breath again showed he set the car up to do this. It was something like a Monte Carlo from the 1970s. Suspension was "modified".

I got to ask, how can this be legal? I was afraid for the millisecond it took for my stomach to catch up with the rest of my body as I am not used to seeing two tires at eye level from the corner of my eye unless something very bad is happening on the road.

My vote is for that guy and others who do things do their cars to look cool but make them a danger or distraction to others. Maybe I am just getting old.

Second those who think stop signs and crosswalks are for other people in parking lots.

Third are people driving crazy with a child or children in the car (who is usually laughing).

That makes me wonder why nobody has said "valet drivers"
The worst drivers in Las Vegas are the taxi drivers and the mobility challenged on their scooters.

You aren't blocking it if the light is green for you. Only if you fail to get through before the light is red.

How about this guy in a hurry to get to Vegas.

Are we there yet?

If you wait behind the limit line when turning left on a green light against oncoming traffic, you are actually more of a hazard to pull out when the light turns red and you pull in front of cross traffic cars that have started to cross the intersection that just got a green light. I've paid particular attention to this since I wrote about it and have observed cops pulling out part way into the intersection.

The other issue in Pasadena California is there used to be a red light camera near Cal-Tech. They finally took it down because 99% of the pictures were people who were legally pulled into the intersection and allowed to finish their turn, even though the light just turned red.

Come to think of it Rizzo did say something about the Blue Hair, Bloody Mary drivers.
Unfortunately, most of the people on scooters aren't mobility challenged. About 80% of them are just too fat and lazy to walk!

Blade don't forget about Rizz's love of wheelchairs. He hates them in casino's and would probably run them down in a crosswalk. "Just teasing Rizz"
