Would you stay at these casinos

Man, I bet even poor old DonDiego stays up until 11:00 PM on his Vegas Vacations. But back to the OP's question...Cosmopolitan is the top resort on that list. I'd stay there in a heartbeat.

Sometimes he does, . . . sometimes he doesnt.

Poor old DonDiego doesn't get to Las Vegas nearly as often since he's moved from Northern Arizona to Appalachia. teechur and he have dropped in on the way to visiting teechur's family on the West-Coast a few times.
But a more significant a reason has been the degeneration of the odds available on the games DonDiego prefers.

Why, . . . poor old DonDiego can remember one night at The Mint casino [which doesn't exist anymore] where he stayed up well past his bedtime. (He was pr'bly staying at The Lady Luck [which doesn't exist anymore].)

He'd been sittin' at a $5 blackjack table for 'bout an hour when a nearby convention of Gynecologists must'a let out. So from about 10:30pm or so these doctors would set down to play for a spell, . . . and DonDiego'd here all sorts of naughty jokes, . . . and maybe tell one or two hisself. The dealers were friendly and DonDiego jes' kep' on a'playin while them physicians one after another dominated the conversation and enriched The Mint's cash box, . . . and DonDiego went unnoticed as he "earned" 'round $80-an-hour or so until sometime after 4:00am. Pretty memorable.

On the other hand, . . . sometimes sleep comes early. Like, f'rinstance, on his wedding night he was sound asleep a mite before 10:00pm, . . . jes' plumb tuckered out.

Oh!
About resort fees.
DonDiego'd stay anywhere if the price were right. He'd base his choice on i. the convenience of the location or the hotel in suiting DonDiego's preferences for that trip, . . . i.e. nearby gaming to his liking, specific destination for the trip, or whatever else was on his mind AND price vs quality.
In the case of the 4 hotels cited above, they each reveal the daily resort fee on the reservation site, so DonDiego would compare the available rates including the resort fees against his preferences and then make a choice.
The resort fee on its own wouldn't affect his decision.

DonDiego sez: "Good Luck !"
We have had comped rooms at TI and free play. The rooms are nice. Stay away from the lower street views. The noise of the sirens can be disturbing. I like gambling there. Poor choices of restaurants. Enjoy going to the mall and to the Venetian, Wynn, and Casears are all close by. We eat other places and use comps from other places. No resort fee is nice. The casino is clean and help are friendly.
I have been going to Las Vegas for 29 years. I have stayed at Cosmo many time, Love it, I have always been treated very well there. I stayed at the SLS when it was Sahara, I would stay there again if it was comped (I don't care for the location). Going to be staying at TI for the first time in 11 days, staying in a comped Tower Suite. I would not choose to stay at Hooters only because of the location.

The TI will waive the resort fee
