Eiffel Tower is veant and quiet. You can ceck out the basic menu online, plus they have daily specials Service is top notch.

Joy
HUGO'S CELLAR ...... at Four Queens.

This is a place with great food and it has that "WOW factor of Vegas" that you are seeking.

Your Mom will never forget the long-stemmed red rose they will give her upon entering.

eiffel tower restaurant

The Eiffel Tower restaurant is a one and only view, that no other restaurant will have. There are other restaurants with food just as good, but no other restaurant can match the setting.

I thought Binions top of the world steakhouse was a classy place with great food. It was exactly what I've always pictured "old school" Vegas to be like, dark woods, lots of red very cool place. Had a really great view as well.
The Crazy Horse Too has plenty of delicious treats ....oh, and they have food too.

I was lucky enough to dine at the Burgundy Room at Lady Luck, Drai's when it still was a restaurant, and the Steakhouse at Bill's before Cromwell took over. Talk about dark wood and red...
Top of Binion's. It's my wife's favorite place (we're locals), and my mother absolutely loved it when she came to visit in her early 70's. Service is impeccable, and it's very reasonable compared to the strip!
If downtown is an option, then I would take them to Andiamo Italian Steakhouse at The D Casino. They have steaks, pasta, chicken and sea food...........but the joint centers on steak. It's absolutely top notch, and will set you back 40% less than any similar Strip restaurant. A big eater could spend $100 per head (including tip) without drinks or wine, and that would include appetizer, salad, steak, sides and dessert. You can move away from steak and maybe get out for $80.

Great food, shockingly classy, super service.
