Wynn Buffet Difference?

Will be in town very shortly, have never been to the Wynn Buffet. Besides the difference in price for the Friday and Saturday dinner. Does anybody know what is the difference in the menu to justify the increase?

Friday and Saturday the Wynn buffet has Rack of Lamb.

It's my choice for best buffet here in Vegas.
