Wynn / Encore Tower

Hi Guys

Just interested in some feedback / opinions.

Was thinking about the Wynn Tower Suites for my next trip with the wife and just wondered if people think they are worth the extra $$$ over the standard Wynn Suites.

We stayed at Bellagio last year in one of their Bellagio Lakeview Suites in the Spa Tower - it was great and we would go back again but you always wonder if there is something else out there to try that might be better.

What you all think.

Cheers

Also is the Encore a better place to stay than Wynn?

I wondered the same thing. Is the Encore a clone?
I have stayed in the Wynn Suites. You have a seperate enterence...seperate quick check in and seperate pool. All which are very nice to have. The room service is incredible. You can put a pillow out of place, leave your room for 5 min, come back, and it is put back in it's spot. We refer to the suite house keepers as "room ninjas". You never see them, but they are always there to do what you need done. There was a flat screen TV in the "living room" as well as the bed room. HUGE bath room. I love the Wynn suites. I say go for it

Personally I don't think Encore has anything over Wynn. Stayed there once, prefer Wynn but I can't say why. Both are nice.
Cheers Guys

Yeah, seriously considering it.

Magnumdf - what type of suite did you stop in at the Wynn - just looking for recommendations really and if someone has been then its always helpful.

Encore seems to be an extra $150 per night for each room type over the Wynn so would really need someone to let me know if its worth it or not to get me there ove the Wynn.

Thanks Again
Pay the extra and stay at Palazzo concierge suites. I think it is by far worth the extra money. I have stayed at
Wynn and Encore enjoying both but Palazzo I think out does them.

The extra money gives you their lounge with breakfast, snacks, drinks, and evening appitizers and snacks from other restaurants in the casino. When we were there it was Carnevino, it was delish.

The breakfast consists of omelets, or crepes, oatmeal, pastries, coffee, juice, it was very nice.

A nice extra treat for the money.
Have stayed in both towers; Encore is slightly better but not sure if it is worth the $.

In any case you are deciding between a 5 star and 5.5 star hotel
I stayed in the Tower Suites. i highly recommend it.All it took was hitting 1 Royal on a $1 machine at Wynn to get a 3 night comp with $300 free play and $200 a day food credit.
The Wynn and Encore rooms are virtually the same. It might be different for the high class suite, but all the Encore suites are is a Wynn room clone. At the Wynn they have a flat screen that rotates between the bedroom and living room. At the Encore they have a flat screen in each room. The square footage is probably the same in both rooms.

You might ask them to give you an upgrade to the Encore instead of the Wynn. I'd like to know if they still have that stupid policy of not comping drinks at the bar if you're playing VP. Walk 10 feet away and play a machine on the floor and you get comped. Ridiculous policy!
