As I stated, in Ohio we have almost 9% unemployment. That is for the entire state over all workers, not just those that don't have a degree. Folks that have advanced degrees have been laid off from places like NCR and GM and those jobs won't be returning as NCR is now headquartered in Atlanta and GM has pretty much left the state.
You can use your graphs all you want for as Reagan said "When your neighbor looses his job it's a recession, when you loose yours, it's a depression." There is a bunch of people in my state suffering from depression and our President isn't doing squat about it.
