Yes, that the victim was just a toddler makes it even more tasteless.

And what would I call it if someone posted a video of some white kids beating up on a much smaller black child? I'd call it gratuitous, tasteless, violence porn. And if it was posted by someone with a history of making racially prejudiced statements against white people, I'd call it racially prejudiced.

And that would be a very easy call.
