Saturday, I hit my very first $1 royal. I was already up a little bit too. I held the 10,J,K of spades. Yay!! I have hit a $2 royal, but never a $1.

The best part is that I left with $4000 in profit and didn't give too much of my winings back

Glad to see you started this up for another year.Nice that you take the time to do this.

Rick, this is a lot for you - thanks ever so much. With that in mind - Jan 1 - On penny spin poker Dueces Wild, Harrahs, Las Vegas, hit 2 Royals with no dueces. Then later that evening at the Flamingo on the super times (unfortunately not with a multiplier) .25 Double Double bonus Triple Pay, Held 2 clubs and on the third line got the royal - $1,000. So that makes 3 in one day. Can't wait for my next trip there.

A nice start to the year. A very strange session. 12 quads, all drawing a pair to a pair. Had 3 quads all the first hand on a new machine.

Got my first royal of the year yesterday afternoon at Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, Iowa. On quarter 7/5 Bonus with progressives on RF, SF, and all 4Ks, held AQJT of hearts, and picked up the King for $1680.

Was actually a pretty lousy session for me other than the royal. In a little over 1000 hands was down nearly $200 and didn't even hit a 4K. After I hit, the bank went from full (six seats) to empty. Everything was leveled off except the SF at $157.
