Last Saturday playing (25cent) Bonus Poker at Harrahs Rincon, first one all year! Hit Royal Flush, straight flush and aces. Then treated myself to four hours at the Safari Park with a behind-the-scenes tour and hand fed rhinos and giraffes and watched baby elephants tussle like puppies. Perfect day!

I hit 2 more Royals on 12-28-11 @ Cosmopolitan !!
I went there about 9 a.m. to make use of their $100 free play if you lose $100.
Well, I lost my $100 & got $100 free play. I was down to my last $11.50 on a DDB 25 cent 5 line.
I got dealt a flush in clubs, and hestitated for just a brief second (very brief) before dropping the 8 of clubs to go for the Royal.
Getting 4 to a royal is always a heart thumber - 1 in 47 chances of a hit, but so many times coming up empty.
This time I hit the K of clubs on 2 of them (and not even a pair of Jacks on the other 3 lines).
Woo Hoo !!
Then the sinking thought that it's another W2G. I just didn't want any more W2Gs this late in the year, but I was tickled pink to get 2 more royals!!

Hey Rick, that makes 8 for the year. One at Planet Hollywood in November (25 cents). Five at Caesar's last week - 1 for $40 on the penny 100 play & 4 on the hundred play for a nickel, then these two for 25 cents. I hit a dry spell for 13 months (last royal was at Seneca Casino in Allegany NY in Oct 2010).
Then I hit at PH in Novemember and finished strong for the year.

I squeezed in 2 more royals this past week in AC. I got a .25 royal at Ballys AC on Tuesday and a .50 royal at Borgata on Thursday. Finished with 14 for 2011.
