Your royal flush DROUGHT... how long has it been?

I've never played,but think i'll throw a few bucks at it upcoming trip.

Had my first and only at the Sahara last year in April.

Never in a casino, I have had 1 at an online free play site.

I've played 59 different days so far this year....some for extended periods and others to just pop in and play off free play. YTD, I've hit 22 RF's. Some have been multiple ones on the say day but I guess it averages to slightly better than one every third day.

I know some people can't believe how often some of us get RF's but it's obviously also a function of how much you play. Coveresely, I'd go crazy if I went a few months at my current pace of play without hitting one. It's amazing how jaded one becomes when you've hit a few and are now "expecting" another one soon.

I know I'm not going to get a lot of sympathy but my last $1 RF was March 2010.

I did however hit a royal both yesterday and Monday in quarters so I'm not complaining.

If it wasn't for multi-line machines, I'm not sure if I'd ever hit one!

I know I deserve that Wasn't trying to boast or be a butt head about it.....sorry if it came across that way.

Conversely, I just find it almost unbelievable when someone says something along these lines: "I've been playing once a month for the past 14 years and never hit a RF" or some derrivative of this.

I'll hopefully be able to keep my posts on this subject on the "other" RF thread. LOL

His articles over the years (bragging??) were enough to make me sick.

Oh, were they supposed to be "educational" - somehow they didn't come across that way.
