Your royal flush DROUGHT... how long has it been?

roadtrip, there are others who really do know who I am, who've Ive met in Vegas, and they have honored our pledge to each other not to reveal our true names. And if you did reveal who I am, just think... you wouldn't have me here anymore to kick around and criticize. What a loss for you! LOL

You need to play perfect strategy like FedOmalley(whatever).
Now here is a guy(MoneyLA) who I assume plays a few times/week, with probaby pretty good strategy and has ZERO royals in the last 60K or so hands. Is he just that unlucky, or is FedO just really really lucky.
I just think MoneyLA is very honest.

I think Ive had very bad luck. Just yesterday I was dealt four to the royal FOUR TIMES, once breaking up a straight, and once breaking up a flush... and got zippo on the draw.

At least a half dozen times I was dealt three to the royal... no luck. I am sure that over the past year Ive been dealt four to the royal more than 47 times. Damn, Im overdue.

edited to add: my last royal, in december of last year, I held a jack and got the other four cards on the draw. that was luck. now, Im paying for it. LOL

Money, fwiw, you're not too far out of the realm of statistical norm....if I remember my stats course correctly, you're about 1.5 SD away. Don't want to rain on your parade but take solace in knowing that it could get worse. LOL

If the goal is to hit a lot of RF's, I have the solution....play 100 line games. You'll get more hands per hour and will hit more RF's. Notice I didn't say you'd make money doing this but you need to decide what's the goal. For me, I'd likely trade ten of mine for one of yours

Dan Im not complaining about my win/loss so far this year... still no overall profit, but darn close. but its very frustrating that being so close to a royal with a bunch of 4 to the royals, and even breaking up straights and flushes as I should, I cant nail one. yeah, I might be within some statistical norm... but being close is no cigar. when it comes to getting a royal, the only math that matters is getting the royal.

Fed, I don't know why you think tomdoug is Singer, but Singer just hit a dealt Royal at the Silverton just a few days ago.
