Needs mayo or ketchup.

Hot sauce.

No that' just wrong.

Gravy on fries!

If your having gravy on the fritts, where is the mayo. Everybody knows that mayo goes with gravy on fries.

Actually Chef, the better alternative IMO is cheese curds on those fries with gravy. When I was living in Montreal, Poutine was a staple; especially during the winter.
