My wife and I took the Zappos.com call center tour a few weeks ago. It was alot of fun and a great way to spend an hour or so away from the casinos (sometime times you just need a break!!). It's located near GVR. For anyone that's ever ordered anything online, it was interesting to see how that kind of business operates. Very unique to say the least. If anyone is interested, you would need to sign up on their web site.
