I printed out the monthly coupon online and tried to use it but got a lot of pushback. The members rewards desk said I needed to pull it out of the book. They called the pit boss and he confirmed it. They told me to go talk to the pit boss. Eventually, the pit boss read the terms and begrudgingly took the coupon since it was only $22.5 but he seemed disgusted by it.
Just hoping there will be better communication in the future, especially to the people on the ground.

Just FYI - I was at Silver Sevens last Sunday night and presented the book with the coupon. The gals in the cage stated the code was no longer in their system and that they could not help me.

It's one per person per year (or 2 per household). You could buy another one and use some of the dining coupons but the gambling ones will be void because you already used them.
