When does the 2020 LVA membership become available as a reward on COMP city slots? Would like to redeem, and want to make sure I'll get the 2020 edition as we are going to Vegas the first week of January....wondering if anyone can help me with this info? THanks!
When you redeem an LVA Membership through Comp City, you get an email from Nicole which asks if you wish to have the 2019 or 2020 coupon book. It also asks if you would like it mailed to you or if you want to pick it up at our office.
We recommend if you are coming to Las Vegas within the first two weeks of January to pick up your coupon book in our office as it will most likely not arrive in time for your trip.
We are expecting to have the 2020 Books January 2nd or 3rd.

Hello I redeemed january 3, I live in Mexico City. I haven´t received an email about if you will send or I pickup in may 2020, anyone will do for me. What I will like to receive is my credentials (user and pass) to see the monthly newsletter. Eventhough i have sent a couple of emails to [email protected] I have had no answer.
