Message Boards

WHERE ARE THE MESSAGE BOARDS ? This is not a web site , its a bomb site ! I assume Anthony Curtis is responsible--His customer base is going to take a major hit . My subscription is good through the end of the year--If he doesn't correct this , I AM GONE ! And I won't be the only one ! His pocketbook will take a tremendous hit !
I have to say I agree. This is disastrous. It took me 3 days just to figure out how to get to the message boards but all the old stuff is gone! I pay for a membership for only 2 reasons: The MRB and the MESSAGE BOARDS. Those boards were a great resource for me before every trip to Vegas. I realize there are a bunch of tabs at the top with info. on Hotels/Dining/Entertainment etc... But that's all just "general" information. I LOVED reading actual member experiences with particular casinos, restaurants, or shows. As I fumble around this new site, it seems like whatever I click on takes me to the "Shop LVA" page with a shopping cart in the upper right corner. What is going on here? Why did you have to change everything? Add me to the list of unhappy campers.
I agree. While the new site looks fresh, the forums are not what I expected. Hopefully, the LVA gang will take our feedback and improve upon this important benefit of membership.
A few thoughts: 1. It's new and will take time to get used to. 2. This setup for the Message Boards is temporary. Previous posts by Anthony explained that. 3. I have confidence Anthony and the LVA Staff will make this a great site. 4. I LOVE the fact that it loads waaaaay faster. I am a fan of this site and the MRB. I am not going anywhere, and will give it time for me to get used to, and time for upcoming changes to be implemented.

This is terrible
I agree the current set up is terrible and needs to be corrected. I just stumbled upon this blog. The pages need to be clearer and offer the same or similar options to the old one. That is specific tab for various hotels and especially the members trip reports. They were always a pleasure to read and get updated info. Please review what you are doing and make it customer friendly not IT Specialist friendly.
We MAY figure out how to get around,eventually. Yeah,I miss the old forum. It DOES load faster. One thing that always happens is CHANGE. Keep up or get left behind. Dave in Seattle.

Got my new LVA members reward book with two buffet passes to Wicked Spoon only to find out its for new signups only. Totally disappointed. 

This is not LVA’s fault.  It was the Cosmo’s decision to limit the coupon to new signups.  Cosmo actually started implementing this caveat at the end of last year.
