Hey, I noticed a lot of the freeplay and/or match play coupons are the same as offers already offered by the properties themselves for new signups. Does anyone know if the coupon grants an additional freeplay on top of these welcome offers? Or is it the same promotion simply advertised through LVA but only redeemable once, either through LVA or the respective casino, but not both?

The offers are independent of one another; you can use both.

Generally promos for new sign ups are only available to people who have not signed up for that club card before or for several years.
The LVA coupons are available to anyone who has the book.
Assuming you meet their definition of "new player", and you have the LVA book you should have no problem using both.
I should add that there could be exceptions.
For instance The D and Golden Gate have a digital coupon for $5 in freeplay for every $50 points earned within a 24-hour period.
I believe this is also available as a new player promotion.
I would speculate that they might not let you do both the club one new player and the LVA at the same time. You might have to redeem them in different 24-hour periods.
