How about the sky high car rental prices. I think the prices have doubled. Next trip Ithink I'll use the Suncoast airport shuttle for the first time and for pickup and dropoff at the airport and maybe rent just one day from adavantage at Suncoast to visit other properties.

I've lived here well over a year now. Never played 6-5 BJ, nor paid to park. Not sure if comps have tightened up to valued players. The day of low ballers freeriding has certainly ended, but why should I care if free loaders cant drink for free anymore, or if you have to actually play to get a free room. Still plenty of great offerings out there. South Point has an offering right now for $50 free gas for a couple hours of quarter VP. I'll end up with enough cards to pay my gas for the year. Emerald Island is offering $50 per week cash for very easy to reach benchmarks, plus free food, and a casino downtown is actually offering a crazy ATM bonus that can earn a couple $200 a week in cash. Just got $500 in freeplay for signing up for three new casinos. When one door closes, another opens.

Actually, while I haven't played 6-5 BJ, I did play even money BJ at Hooters on their dollar table. Six of us a table to ourselves, played for almost an hour, consumed maybe thirty beers and an almost equal amount of shots and had a good old time before going to a concert across the street. I agree. "When one door closes, another opens." BJ in the late 70's and early 80's was great. When it started to dry up I had to learn this new thing called VP. I actually first signed up for this newsletter because of "VP Lost and Found". Somewhere along the way I started looking at the other content, and learned about comps and player cards and progressives and shows and learning software and history and advantage play and that there were really other dining options besides the .99 cent breakfast at Circus Circus (worth every penny). I have no doubt Mr. Curtis and Co. will diligently continue to help us find the next best thing in LV. Not Sorry.

I can't even imagine the number of less hits this website now gets (or doesn't get). Anyone know what happened to Don Diego, one of the best posters ever on here? I don't even see where it is posted that the Palms buffet closed down for a 6 month remodel, but maybe just missed the story. I sure miss that buffet.

Bill the third sentence of your above post seems to help make the point of the people you are seemingly putting down. Others on this thread have decried the fact that they were once more valued by the casinos. The fact that someone isn't you doesn't automatically make them inferior to you.

As it is not timely and strange, many users are confused and can not understand
