I ordered mine back in January, after they had been printed and it took over two weeks. You might be able to call the LVA office and they can tell you when it was shipped.

You ordered on Friday after we were closed, Monday was a holiday so your book did not go out until Tuesday May 28. It usually take 7-10 business days to arrive.
There was nothing saying it was shipped or a tracking number. Thanks for the answer.
That's frustrating! A week is a bit long to wait without info. Contact customer service again, mention the order date and lack of shipping details. They should be able to provide a tracking number or estimated arrival time.
