Do separate order/bill for each couple. Don't try to use two coupons for four meals on same bill. Tell the server when ordering, you are doing separate bills and each using a coupon. Should be OK if you do it that way. But ask the server ahead of time to be sure.
Carefully read conditions of each coupon, front and back. They are all different.

I've done that very thing multiple times, and as long as you make sure that there are separate checks, no problemo (that's Swedish for "you can use the coupon").
While your tipping criteria are up to you, I always tip 15-20% of what the bill would have been without the coupon. Especially now...
