Resorts World Las Vegas is the first new megaresort to open on the Las Vegas Strip since 2010 when the Cosmopolitan debuted. It's a massive 87-acre property that is the most expensive hotel-casino ever developed in Las Vegas. It has 3,500 rooms in two 59-story towers operated by three different Hilton brands (Hilton, Conrad, and Crockfords); the south Strip-facing side of the west tower is actually a 100,000-square-foot LED screen. The casino is approximately the same size as the MGM Grand's. The property includes a pool complex, the Lania Spa, meeting and banquet space, entertainment space, and 70,000 square feet devoted to retail.

High-end restaurants (more than 20 of them) abound, most offering Asian cuisine, along with an urban food hall. Famous Foods Street Eats has another dozen or so Asian fast-food choices and a center bar offering a self-pour and automated beer system and a de rigueur hidden speakeasy, Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den. The main lounge, Gatsby's Cocktails, is Champagne-inspired and themed. Resorts World also houses The Theatre, a 5,000-seat venue for musical performances, located in the center of the resort for easy access.

The pool venue is called Ayu Dayclub, while Singapore-based company Zouk Group also operates a branded nightclub, marking its first U.S. location. Zedd and Tiësto will serve as the resident DJs for both clubs.
