The second is the whole Walters sports betting story in the recently released book The Smart Money. In The Smart Money, Billy Walters is the betting-syndicate kingpin Rick Matthews. But to get the absolute best look into the exploits of Walters, read the huge interview in Richard Munchkin's Gambling Wizards.
