| All the time. |
| I use coupons only for things I’d do anyway; I don't do something simply because there's a coupon. |
| Convenience is important. Is the value of the coupon worth what it takes to use it? |
| I look for coupons beyond LVA’s Member Rewards Book and American Casino Guide, such as from freebie magazines, Las Vegas ticket brokers (Tix4Tonight), Groupon, AARP, the Entertainment Book, etc. |
| I love to go on coupon runs and use all the coupons I can. |
| At times, deciding where to stay, eat, or gamble, etc. depends on where I have a coupon. |
| I'd like to use more coupons, but most seem to be 2-for-1 and I come to Vegas alone. |
| None of the places I stay, eat, or recreate offer coupons. |
| I use only high-value coupons, such as those for free rooms, $25 matchplays, or 2-for-1 shows. |
| I don’t rent a car, thereby nullifying most of the places that offer coupons. |
| I'm more interested in line passes for buffets and clubs than money-off coupons. I hate to wait in line. |
| I feel cheap using small-value coupons. |
| I don't even know where to get coupons from, but I'd use them if I did. |
| I use coupons when I'm on my own or with my spouse, but I don't feel comfortable using them when I have guests. |
| I’m philosophically opposed to coupons (I always pay retail; adding up all the useless stuff I’ve ever gotten with a coupon, the costs far outweigh what I would’ve spent if I’d only bought/done things I really needed or wanted to do, even at full price). |

Analysis
It's good -- and not unexpected -- to see that the number-one vote-getter is "All the time," with nearly one out of five voting for "coupons rule."
Beyond that, 11% go on coupon runs, another 11% look for coupons wherever they can find them, and yet another 11% make travel decisions based on applicable coupons.
It's also interesting to see that second (15%) and third (12%) places are claimed by discriminating coupon users: tried-and-true experiences and convenience.
Of course, respondents being LVAers, very few are philosophically opposed, don't employ them in mixed company, feel cheap using the small ones, and are more interested in line passes than dollar discounts. Still, enough of you are reticent enough about coupon use to make a blip in the percentages.
But for those 22 voters who don't know where to get coupons, we offer these links: Gold membership (free, with coupons for the asking) and LVA membership, which comes with our Member Rewards Book that pays for your membership many times over if you use even just a few of the most valuable offers.
