Question of the Day - 08 August 2004

Q:
We like to eat in good spots that aren't known to everyone who visits Las Vegas. Could you give us some suggestions for great, reasonable, local eateries?
A:

Every month in the Las Vegas Advisor on the Dining page, we run a feature called "Local Coner." In it, we cover exactly the kind of restaurants you're referring to here -- everything from Luv It Custard and Blue Wave all-you-can-eat sushi buffet to Samuel's Jewish deli and gentlemen's clubs with lunch specials. We've been doing so for nearly three years now.

A good way to check out the past 30 issues of the Advisor is to purchase a sample a 72-hour membership, which gives you three days of access to all online features, including the archive of the back issues of the newsletter. For $5, you can look through the past 30 or so issues of the Advisor, with an eye toward gleaning our recommendations for the best local eateries. It's only $5.

If you like what you see, you can order a full subscription, online for $37 or in print for $50.
