We've fielded a number of similar questions; it seems lots of people want to visit the casino that they've watched on television week after after. And the answer is yes. Green Valley Ranch has a good shuttle system that picks up and drops off at the airport (one of the rare Las Vegas casinos that does), as well as at Mandalay Bay on the south Strip.
Airport: The shuttle departs from the Zero Level, located down the escalators behind the Baggage Claim Information Desk. Find the GVR shuttle across the driveway (to the right) across from stalls #21 and #22.
Mandalay Bay: The shuttle departs from the tour and travel lobby.
