The game return will automatically come up - 99.1643%. Enter the cashback percentage -- .66% -- and your total value will appear without your having to add them yourself - 99.82%.
Actually, you're lucky that you already know the cashback percentage, but this calculator also works if you only know two other pieces of information, i.e., number of dollars to earn a point and number of points to earn a dollar.
This play is not quite positive, but could be if you're also earning a few comps.
