Tickets aren't sold for the good seats at poker tournaments, like they are for most other sporting events. Instead, it's mostly first-come first-served. You just have to get there early.
Sometimes the casino will reserve some good seats for friends or family of the people playing at the final table. And when the events are televised, the TV crew might place a few of its (good-looking) people in strategic positions to glamorize things. But mostly, the good seats belong to whoever claims them first.
