Question of the Day - 22 October 2004

Q:
Do any Nevada casinos offer the game of Red Dog?
A:

We posed this question to our games expert, Barney Vinson, author of the upcoming new edition of Casino Secrets. He posed the question to the senior tax analyst for the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The analyst responded that as far as he can tell, no casinos in the state of Nevada now offer the game of Red Dog.

"I checked our game code and no casinos list Red Dog in their annual report," he said. "That doesn't mean there aren't any. A casino could have Red Dog under 'other games'. But I'm fairly certain there aren't any games of Red Dog around anymore."
