Is the construction of I-215 completed? Would I be able to take it from the airport to Santa Fe Station and get there faster than going through I-15?

The answer to the first part of your question is: yes and no.

Yes, this 100-plus-mile loop road, also known as the Beltway, around Las Vegas Valley is complete. And no, many sections remain frontage road with traffic signals. These sections are open to traffic, but won’t be upgraded to official Interstate status until sometime between 2008 and 2013.

As to your question about driving I-215 to Santa Fe Station: Even if fully completed, going by way of the Beltway would take you miles out of your way! Much faster and shorter is to take I-15 to US 95 North, which gets you from the airport to there, depending on traffic, in about 25 minutes. Take the N. Rancho Drive exit, which goes directly to Santa Fe Station.
