Caesars Entertainment, Harrah's Entertainment, and MGM Mirage all offer affinity credit cards that earn points toward comps at their various properties. Mandalay Resort Group also has an affinity credit card linked to its One Club player-tracking program.

A lot's happened since this question was posed. Of course, Harrah's now owns Caesars (along with half of the rest of the city) and much of what's left is now part of the corporation formed by the merging of MGM Mirage and the Mandalay Group. MGM Mirage offers five different Visa credit cards covering its Vegas properties, which offer various perks, while the Harrah's Corp. offers a Total Rewards Visa card.
