We agree, the views of the Strip and the fountain show must be awesome from that little round room. But we'll never know for sure, because it's not open to the public.
We checked with PR, and our contact had never even been up there herself. But she confirmed that the only people who do go up to the top are from maintenance, who clean it once in a while. Too bad!
