Perfect Party Hot Buttered Rum (available at Bellagio)
1 ½ oz. Cruzan single barrel rum 2 heaping teaspoons hot buttered rum mix (see below) 6 oz. hot water
Hot buttered rum mix (40 servings):
1 lb. light brown sugar ½ lb. salted butter 2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. ground nutmeg ½ tsp. ground allspice 1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a heated coffee mug, add above ingredients, top with hot water. Mix thoroughly. Serve with swizzle stick.
'Snowflake Martini' (available at TREVI Italian Restaurant in the Forum Shops)
Ingredients
1½ ounces Tuaca 1½ ounces French Vanilla Kahlua A scoop of vanilla gelato (or ice cream) Cinnamon sugar to rim the martini glass
Preparation
Use a martini glass and rim with cinnamon sugar Pour Tuaca and French Vanilla Kahlua into glass Top with a scoop of Vanilla Gelato or ice cream. Enjoy!
