O’Shea’s Casino has been owned and operated by the Flamingo Las Vegas since its opening 1989 (when the Flamingo Las Vegas was the Flamingo Hilton).
Both are now owned by Harrah’s Entertainment, which absorbed Caesars Entertainment –- formerly Park Place Entertainment, formerly Hilton Gaming –- in 2004. It's also one of the few remaining casinos on the Strip that has no hotel rooms.
It's a no-frills joint with low minimums, a young party crowd, and a fast-food court.
