The short answer is no. We're not aware of there ever having been a nudist hotel/motel in Las Vegas. There used to be a nudist club called Nevada Sun Rancho in Sandy Valley, Nevada, but it closed in 2007 when owner Gloria Massey passed away.
We also read about a nudist Bed & Breakfast called "Our House" that was purportedly run by a nudist couple in Las Vegas and offered a shuttle service to/from the airport, but we could find no trace of that when we searched.
The only accommodation we know of that's nudist-friendly is Las Vegas' only gay-man-only resort, the Blue Moon, which even offers naked yoga.
All we can do is recommend Las Vegas Bares, an established nude and clothing optional club in Las Vegas that stages various events throughout the year. Nothing was showing on their Event Calendar past September 6 when we researched this, but check back before your next trip and you might get lucky and find that it coincides with an event where you can hook up with like-minded people. We understand that they do host weekly parties (at a private home) and if you sign up for membership you receive discounts off all their events, which take place in Nevada and California. The annual fee is $25 for singles and $40 for couples. Visit LasVegasBares.com for more information.
