While, back in the day, the majority of Las Vegas hotels had one unheated pool that was closed during winter months, today most of the larger properties have multiple pools and maintain at least one heated facility year-round. Bear in mind that there's one caveat: Most of these year-round pools close once a year for a week or more for maintenance, and that week is often during December, so if having access to a heated pool is crucial to the enjoyment of your vacation, be sure to call your property of choice before you book anything, in order to avoid disappointment.
