Sammy "The Red Rocker" Hagar and his Waboritas band will headline the Dec. 4 opening of Cabo Wabo, located in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino's Miracle Mile shopping center in the space formerly occupied by Trader Vic's. The restaurant will be overseen by Executive Chef Jerrold Heinz, who promises a fajita-centric Tex-Mex/coastal Mexican menu, as well as alcohol-enhanced popsicles. Cabo Wabo, we are assured, will transport Cabo San Lucas' "vibrancy and laid back attitude to Las Vegas with an entirely new hard rockin’ dining and nightlife experience."
