Well, you missed the biggest gathering of the year with the annual AVN Awards and Adult Expo back in January, which sees the town literally awash with adult stars. Next year the AVN show will again be hosted by the Sands Expo Center, with porn star parties all over town in every hip nightclub and gentelmen's club. The award ceremony took place at the Palms. The trade dates for the 2011 event are January 6-9; the show's open to fans from January 7-9.
During the rest of the year, you just have to stay up-to-date with the major clubs like TAO, which periodically have parties hosted by adult stars, especially if they're promoting something like a new book or movie. Hawaiian Tropic Zone was a good venue for spotting a live one, but that's now closed. There's probably also some porn star crossover with the Annual Exotic Dancer Gentlemens Club Owners Expo, which took place August 23-26 last year at Mandalay Bay.
With pool season looming, you can definitely expect to see some of your favorite adult stars hosting, or just showing up, at the hipper parties in town like Rehab at the Hard Rock and Wet Republic at MGM Grand. We recall the "Girls of Vivid" hosting at the topless Venus Pool at Caesars last year.
You should definitely check out Strip Las Vegas magazine (WARNING: NSFW), which is tapped into the adult scene and frequently works with porn stars (also on Twitter at @StripMagLV). The Erotic Heritage Museum is another likely candidate and has been known to stage events hosted by adult actresses (not to mention intriguing workshops like the upcoming "Erotic Macrame" class!). Our last suggestion is the relatively new "Karaoke XXX" night every Tuesday at Brando's on Industrial Rd., which features local adult actresses performing Karaoke and is, we've been told by more than one source, a pretty entertaining evening in more ways than one (check out the recent review in Topless Vegas v.3.1.
