It was a complete coincidence that this question was posed for this date in the lineup, but actually it's tonight at 8 p.m. ET that the World Series of Poker returns to ESPN with the all-new 2010 season.
Opening night kicks off with a two-hour show covering the $50,000 buy-in Poker Player's Championship, which featured a field of 116 of the most decorated players in the game and a prize pool of $5.6 million. (We won't give away who won, obviously.) The so-called "November Nine" will return Nov. 6-9 to play the final table; the action is edited and then broadcast as soon as the winner has been crowned (it's not screened live, to avoid any chance of foul play).
