Is there any truth to the rumor that the group that owns the Plaza is trying to sell the Las Vegas Club?
A:
Apparently not. We say "apparently," because a call to Vegas Club owner Tamares Group was not returned. If there are any active attempts to sell the property, our well-placed sources in the real estate community haven’t heard about them. There’s a truism that "Everything is for sale for the right price," and we’re reasonably sure that applies to the Vegas Club. However, obtaining "the right price" in the current economy is a pretty tall order.
